Well when the lardass is squirming around while his heart is stopped,
I'll have a good chuckle on your comment.TBR

endurance drills. You might want to read these two articles before

"Anyone with degrees from Yale and Harvard is presumed to be intelligent,
but George W. Bush has managed to overcome that presumption."I'm sure you have lots of endurance. I'm sure you have more endurance
of the type that's needed by marathoners than Mr. Jeffries. He has a
different type of endurance called strength endurance. Some lifters,
like Bud Jeffries, train to develop this type of strength in addition
to limit strength. If you were to attempt the endurance strength
drills that Mr. Jeffries uses (and with much lighter weights of
course), you would quickly lose your smug glow of self-awarded
superiority. The real point. of course, is not to compare the endurance skills of a
marathoner with the endurance skills of a lifter at Bud Jeffries'
level. The point is that developing cardiovascular fitness through
aerobic training of some sort is highly desirable. That doesn't
connote that resistance training or lifting heavy weights to develop
strength is necessarily incompatible with developing cardiovascular
fitness. It also doesn't imply that "lifting" isn't a worthwhile
athletic pursuit either in its own right or as a training modality to
develp specific sports skills.
