Hello! My main focus is on short time trials (<30 miles - especially a 10 miler). Here is what I have come up with as a workout plan as a 2 week cycle. I just want to make sure I don't get burnt out but still hit the legs hard. I figured I would do this Jan - Mar while lifting probably 4 sets of 6-10 reps of each exercise. Then in April I will do more TT specific stuff and go lighter weights with more reps to work on lactic threshold.
Let me know what you think of it.
Mon Off
Tue Lift legs
Wed Off
Thu Easy spinning 1 hour / Lift upper body
Fri TT Specific work
Sat 2+ hours easy spinning
Sun Off

Also, I've read going 90% for 10-20 min is a good for TT specific exercise ... would you also consider single leg workouts as being TT specific? What others are there? Big gear work / intervals?
