Triple chainset shifting problem

  1. HWne shifting from the middle ring to the inner ring the chain most often than not falls between the rings. Shifting is otherwise just fine. Chainset is a Campag Centaur triple. Any ideas, any one? tia.

    Between the rings? What happens after that? Does the chain get jammed
    between inner and middle rings (I didn't think that was possible)?
    9-speed or 10-speed chain?

    Or do you mean the chain overshoots the inner ring and falls off? A Deda
    Dog fang would help there.

    Either way, adjusting height and angle of front derailleur should improve
    it (even if other shifting is compromised as a result). Check cable
    tension and limit screw first.
