HWne shifting from the middle ring to the inner ring the chain most often than not falls between the rings. Shifting is otherwise just fine. Chainset is a Campag Centaur triple. Any ideas, any one? tia.

between inner and middle rings (I didn't think that was possible)?
9-speed or 10-speed chain?Or do you mean the chain overshoots the inner ring and falls off? A Deda
Dog fang would help there.Either way, adjusting height and angle of front derailleur should improve
it (even if other shifting is compromised as a result). Check cable
tension and limit screw first.Instructions:
