Trikes for women?

A friend and I rode our LWB bikes in a charity ride this summer and a guy on
an upright bike passed and said, "Look at that guy riding a lawnchair!"

I think some of Tim Smith's home-built bikes and trikes have *actual
lawn chair seats on them . . . .

To eliminate pogo, use a jackshaft at the suspension pivot (e.g. Earth
Cycles Dragonflyer).

Hi Carol! That model actually has two speeds; cautious and reverse.
It's nice to see that C.C. wit again.

Hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Finally broke down and
picked up GRR after having almost forgotten how to ride on 2 wheels.
Riding a trike on Land Blvd. is a wee bit too exciting!

The dragonflyer was actually where i got my idea, though their design
looks a little weak for a man of my, magnitude. Not saying it's flimsy, but
since I haven't welded anything since 1988 i'd rather err on the side of
strong joints.

I'm looking at the possibility of using a 14mm*200mm chromo BMX axle
through a BB shell that would support both the pivot and a freewheel
jackshaft. Still trying to figure out how I'm going to finagle cup & cone
in the BB while still supporting the freewheel body. I've got plenty of
time to figure it out, though.

And Europe will very shortly have it's own problem with minorities
consisting of a different race (the Arabs of North Africa and the Middle
East). I am looking forward to see how old Europe will handle the problem.
Just as birds of a feather flock together, so should humans. Why the hell
don't the Africans stay in Africa and the Middle Easterners stay in the
Middle East - or does not this thought ever occur to Europeans. The only
reason Europeans and Americans are in foreign lands is to bring civilization
to the benighted natives. It is the White Man's burden - as Kipling so
eloquently expressed it.

All Africans and Asians are infinitely inferior to Americans and Europeans,
mostly because of their confounded inferior cultures, but also most likely
because they are also inferior races. But we will never know for sure will
we because it is now totally politically incorrect to investigate racial
differences. This is why I have more or less contempt for the so-called
social sciences. Social scientists are all craven cowards when it comes to
the question of race.

Race needs to be studied very intensively. We need to know why the Negroes
are so eternally criminal and forever poverty stricken. Other immigrants
come to this country and thrive within a very short period of time. But the
American Negro never seems to thrive. Why is this? Maybe Guy Chapman could
answer this question instead of casting aspersions on the KKK.
