The Alex dx32 rim is a proven winner, its strong and holds up well over
time. Personally I would get 5 alex rims before I would buy a kh one
(the 29er rim is the exception to that)
As far as frames go, I'm fairly sure that the new 05kh frames are
lighter than the nimbus or yuni frame as well as they have a bigger
seat post might stop you from bending so many if you are doing that
already.
My personal choice is that the quality of the nimbus is not that high
and if you can invest in the KH or hold on to the one you have and
build up from there. Not only are they stiffer frames but they are made
alot better and hold up well.
Your other parts look fairly standard.
Is there a reason you are changing your set up?
It seems the pedals and the seat post are the only two parts I see that
are clearly better than what you find on a stock 04kh. So why clean
house and start from scratch?
