Gosh! They missed out the best bits! Don't think I'll be buying THOSE bars!
Simply look for the words "hydrogenated" or "partially hydrogenated" in front of particular oils. Those are trans fats.

As a rule of thumb, you can reasonably expect the various energy/protein/nutrition bars to contain trans fats; typically these bars are made so they can sit on store shelves for a year or more. Look for hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated in the ingredients.
