  1. What would be a good training routine to improve my crit racing?

  2. Interval training is way to go. It's very fast pace.

    Good luck with that!

  3. i have some experience in crits and would reccomend that you not only improve your fitness but also work on your cornering. For i have found that if you can get to your peak fitness the only thing that makes a difference is cornering- that could win or lose you the race.

  4. Yes! Work on ur cornering it makes all the difference in the world. I race in the D crit group in my weekly crits. It goes like A,B,C,and D. A being the best. I have the strength to race in the C group but my cornering just plain sucks. It would be a good idea to go with a friend (who crit races) and work on turns. I t would be good to start out slow then get faster and faster. OH yea and make sure there isn’t any sand or gravel in the corners first that can really suck.

    GOOD LUCK
