I thought it was supposed to be a sprinters' stage? Interesting result and
definitely good in light of upcoming events in France. Oh well, we'll see
how he goes in the bergs.

  5. Jan the sprinter? What next Magnus Bäckstedt KOM?

    More likely a 'berliner'.

Meaningless addendum: according to radsportnews.com, Camenzind was whining
about Ullrich boxing him in unfairly in the finishing sprint.

    It's official, he's a whiner.

Funny how the commentator pronounced Cañada like the country (without
    the tilde).

Probably just jealous of Armstrong's sprint win in the Tour de Georgia.

Thank you for that link. It was nice to be able to see that.

Thanks for the link. How did you find it? I could not watch it in TV, but
this is certainly from Suisse TV, featuring 2 of my favorite cycling
commentators (one of them might be even well known from his name to this
group - he was for example French champion once).

Definately a whiner, that was a clean sprint, it is inetersting to look at
Jan's physical appearance, he certainly doesn't look 20lbs overweight

Ulrich even gave him the inside line thru the last turn.

Nice, thanks for the link. By the way, I'm not a "Jan is fat" guy,
really, but I figured if someone was going to say he was chasing after a
doughnut, I'd offer a suggestion of something he might be more likely to go
    charging after.
