Tora 302 Lockout?

Anything's possible! There is a remote Poploc upgrade kit available
from SRAM/Rockshox that fits all Tora forks - I've just fitted one to my
Tora 318, and the upgrade can easily be done with the fork in the frame.
This gives you the handlebar remote lockout, although the kits come
with an on/off lockout. It's worth getting the Poploc Adjust - look at
eBay item 150057426288 for that bit.

That does help. The bolt is about 24mm across so it looks like I don't
have lockout. I got the impression from your comments that the fork
without lockout can be converted by simply buying a remote kit. Is
that right or do I need to buy separate "conversion" kit as well?

You need the kit that comes with the remote motion control damper, the
cable spool and the handlebar remote. There is another kit that bolts
onto an existing non-remote like this:

shown in the picture isn't what you want. Just to confuse things,
that's what I ordered and got the remote damper version instead, which
is much better! You might also need some 5wt oil as well, but I didn't.

http://tinyurl.com/yeqwhm (this is a PDF file from RockShox) gives you a
clue what you're letting yourself in for, from section 25 onwards (you
don't need to take the lower legs off). To be on the safe side, you
ought to confirm with RockShox that you can do the upgrade on your fork,
but I can't see why not.

If you're in the USA, you'll probably pay the same in Dollars as I did
in Pounds Sterling - that's the way it works over here :-(

Just had a look at the Rockshox part number on the box of my upgrade kit
- it is 11.4311.389.000

If that's what you buy, I'm 99% sure it will fit your fork. I would
recommend the Poploc Adjust as an addition though, otherwise you just
get on/off "adjustment".
