First set of tools is for roadside repair

No. 1 tool is a metric allen wrench collection
No. 2 tool is set of tire spoons for changing tires & a spare tire
No. 3 tool is a patch kit
No. 4 tool is patience.
Once you master the No. 4 tool,
No. 5 tool is a crescent wrench. WARNING: skip this tool and buy a
socket set if you are impatient!
Second set of tools is for periodic maintenance

No. 6 tool(s) are probably cone wrenches for hubs. Cheap works fine.
No. 7 tools are pullers for bottom bracket (? [censored] ?) & cassette.
No. 8 tool is probably headset wrench (depends upon brand).
No. 9 tool is spoke wrench
No. 10 tool is chain tool (to clean/soak chain). NOTE: You might
consider an on-bike chain bath tool (Pedros, Park, etc.)
Third set of tools is for parts replacement

No. 11 tool might be something to open pedals or remove pedal dust caps
No. 12 tool is good cable cutters for cables & housing replacement
Fourth set of tools is for geriatric mechanics

No. 13 tool is probably a good repair stand
No. 14 tool is wheelbuilding jig (for the impatient.)
No. 15 tool is a headset remover ( you can stop using hammer & screwdrivers )
No. 16 tool is headset press ( or a long bolt & washers & 2 nuts )
Fifth set of tools is for restorations

No. 17 tool is simichrome or nevr-dull polish
No. 18 tool is a brush chroming set ( www.caswellplating.com )
No. 19 tool is EZ-Off Oven Cleaner ( to strip aluminum anodizing )
No. 20 tool is sandpaper : 200, 400, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000 grit (autoparts store)
No. 21 tool is rust dissolver ( https://www.theruststore.com/Evapo-Rust-Gallon-P1C1.aspx )
No. 22 tool is local chromer (call your local harley davidson dealer for a recommendation)
No. 23 tool is dremel ($20, kmart) and various bits that appear to the
untrained eye to be used for surgical dentistry.
Sixth set of tools is for making replacement decals

No. 23 tool is digital camera / ebay
No. 24 tool is scanner
No. 25 tool is adobe illustrator
No. 26 tool is a pro decal printer that handles bikes ( www.vcgraphix.com )
Seventh set of tools is for repainting

No. 27 tool is airplane stripper
No. 28 tool is more sandpaper
No. 29 tool is a good chromer (to electrically _strip_ chrome, don't
EVEN try to sand it off since its' super hard
No. 30 tool is professional masking tape from a paint/auto store
No. 31 tool is primer & paint
No. 32 tool is an airbrush
The Eighth set of tools is for frame building
