I remember when the internet was only in black & white. It only had a few pages but at least they

It was a wee bit bleak this morning, but no worse than half of last week. And although I was

light rain (min 6, max 9).

Nope, I heard it too. Could have cycled after all but I woke up in "Bus Mode", a strange
psychological phenomenon caused by the overwhelming desire to decide the night before what form of
transport I'm going to use.

Its known in meterological circles and the Inverse Fish Effect. If Michael says it won't be a
hurricane it will and if he says it will it won't ;-)

No, but take a look at BBC Cfax (or whatever it's called) Page 601 weather. Also the storm
warning on P 605

Yes, I know what you mean. Luckily, I don't wake up untill the second cup of coffee, by which time I
find myself already dressed in top, bikesters, etc. On the rare occasions that I _have_ to use PT or
car I then go back upstairs to get changed.

OK I see it now on bbc.co.uk. Strange that this doesn't feature in tomorrow's forecast for
Southampton, especially since we'll no doubt get a fair share of it.

We were planning a walk down to the waterfront for an office photo in front of the Quenn Mary as she
sets sail on her maiden voyage. Maybe not, eh?
