I have never seen anyone come to own anything with as little effort as
it took Tom to gain full possession of all the space between this guys'
    ears.

  3. As I remember, this guy was busy stalking another usenet guy, and their
war stumbled into r.b.r. But somehow the whacko lost interest in his
original subject and now has his eyes firmly fixed upon Kunich. Geez,
Kun, you have a magnetic personality. What did you say to this guy?

Our friend no doubt will have a visit from the cops pretty soon. I'm hearing
that I'm not the only one reporting him.

He made several death threats and I reported him to the Department of
Homeland Security. They're likely to take the fellows home business away
from him by asking him for his business license.

The previous guy was only sticking up for an even earlier guy. (Alan
Erskine was the original target. I found a website on the poster here.)

Tom Kunich you are a ass and we all know that you eat
BURGERS but the burgers you eat come out of your nose
YOU GOOGLE USENET [censored] pat yourself on the back and
know that you are the JACKASS ON USENET.

It is because Tom complained to his ISP.........
    It must have worked.

  11. As much as I hate to say it, nice work Tom!

    Tom

  12. The federal government has done a very poor job of reacting to
    interstate, internet crime.
Individuals have already documented who he is, where he lives and what
he's done (and posted it on a website). And still he is free to do
    this.

You wouldn't feel a bit freaked if someone was threatening your life?
Especially when the bad guy seems to revel in letting you know that he
    knows where to find you?

I think you could afford to cut him some slack. The only amusement I
found in the topic was after some of the guy's original postings on rbr
(against Mr Erskine), I somehow just knew that Kunich would soon have
the guy stuck to him as if he were fly paper. The lesson to be learned
about disturbed individuals is to just walk away.

  13. My point was that Tom seems to be knowledgeable about blood chemistry,
but probably is not making the best Law enforcement agency choice
(considering that someone has threateneded him with death through the
    fellation of a 12-guage).

  15. Eh, you're probably right. But... I doubt that the threat is credible.
Its probably a 12 year old kid somewhere beating off to the rise he is
    getting out of everyone.

    The guy is:

    Roger Ladd Bratton
    1063 Fox Meadow Way
    Concord, CA 94518

Supposedly his phone number is 925-685-4260

He has been reported to the local police apparently by more than one person.

Guys like this are usually harmless but this one exhibits symptoms of
serious mental impairment which could lead to his actually following up on
    his several death threats.

And that is precisely what happened. I sent a complaint to his ISP but
accidently included a copy to the internet. That started the death threats
and other BS. That was reported to his local police station as well as my
local police so that if the cat does show up here I now have full right to
    take self defensive action.

    It's actually a 47 year old man.

    Dumbass -

Now you know, from the other end, how stupid it is to make threats over
    meaningless arguments on the Internet.

    thanks,

    K. Gringioni.

That's what dumbasses get for putting their [censored] on the street.
