At present, I think the likely start list will be all of Credit
Agricole, Chris Horner, and Rujano.

Well, Grewal was on drugs (from herbal medecine supposedly) in the
lead-in to the Olympics, not blood doping. As I recall, it was some
of the track riders on the US team that did the blood doping.

Oh yes: it clearly was not banned until after that. But part of the joke
is that the current implications and insinuations have gone so far that
acknowledged issues from the past might start to be a problem.

Of course, the joke would have worked much better if I knew the
difference between Grewal and Ekimov.
