  1. ...Was great! Another two pounds gone officially! So all my walking about has been worth it! And the
two sets of hospital scales were not out by much, either. Yippee!

As I've been more active this week, I've been hungrier, but I've earned more exercise points, so I
still have a few to cross off at the end of the week! Hehehehe! DH has a cold, but I still dragged
him out with me this afternoon to collect James from school! So DH did the two mile walk - behind me
all the way! THAT'S a first! Does it count as an NSV?

I bought myself a new top (size 18 rather than 20! 😄 It's quite loose too - ideal for post-op
wear), but no new trousers: they have changed the sizing! My same style 18-20's are falling down,
and I thought that the straight 18's would fit, but no way! They are way too small! More like a 14!
Still, if they'd actually come up to my waist rather than being so short in the rise that they were
hipsters on me, the elastic would have been too big! Might just be easier to make a pair!

  7. Great job. I love your clothing NSV too. Finding that smaller sizes fit can be really exciting.
