....and your work mates will just love that minty fresh smell you bring
to the office. Better than the useal vague smell of rubber mixed with
WD40!

It could be worse, you could have cleaned your teeth with sun cream or
worse. ;-)

I have a tube of combined suncream and lipsalve. I used it for many
days before realising that "combined" meant there were two products
with separate nozzles and I'd been putting lipsalve on all over.

I've just been out for a lunch time ride: an hour despairing of (some)
other road users (including, of all things, a driving instructor
trying to give a lesson whilst hurling abuse at another road user).
Feeling somewhat "down" I read this and laughed out loud, so thank
you.

Don't know what my colleagues think I was laughing at...!

Reminds me of the time I brushed my teeth with hair gel. I've not bought
Colgate Blue Minty Gel since.

My daughter once had a bit of eczema, we had some cream from the doctors
which had to be kept in the fridge. It was a very similar size and colour
scheme to a tube of garlic puree.

She didn't whinge about the stinging and stank a bit.

Cleared up the eczema though

The combined stuff is useful. When cycling in New Zealand (compulsory
helmet law) I got so hot that sweat streaming down my face washed the
suncream off, leading to a burnt nose and forehead. Until I realised my
lips were OK because the greasy lip salve didn't dissolve, so I used lip
salve instead of suncream on the problem bits.
