That was classy, but I would have preferred to see them split up on opposite sides of the road and have a 1kM dash to the line without any positioning tactics... that would have been a righteous finish.

Piil used to be a trackie and understands match sprint tactics. Top that off with him being faster
and Sacchi had almost no chance.

Leadout schmeadout. He was riding in front, but not doing much of a leadout.

Sacchi is probably faster 9/10 , but Piil was stronger at this point.
