Looks like he has been hang'n out with Ulle at der Bier House... either that or with Lance at Hooter's.

  3. I enjoyed all the different aerodynamic positions the guys have adopted (due largely to wind tunnel testing) and the different ways they all pedal. Cancellara really mashes-its not pretty, but effective. Levi in contrast was quiet on his bike. Voigt was somewhere in the middle.

If I don't say it, flyer will. That what is referred to as an HGH gut. If you inject sub-q instead of inter-muscular, it gets into the blood stream and grows you intestines and other organs. I read the intestines grow the fastest. Here's a bunch of links to research, boards and articles:LINK

    This sums it up:

"(HGH was originally produced for children with stunted growth). If HGH is administered to an adult, muscle growth restarts. HGH is very different than steroids. HGH causes production of new cells. Steroids cause only the enlargement of existing cells. The new cell growth seems to target only with the soft tissues and rarely skeletal system (This second part doesn't seem to be true. It does target muscle tissue. -- Helmut). Unfortunately, not only are the muscles cells multiplying but so are the internal muscles like the intestines and heart. Furthermore, organs, like the liver, kidneys and pancreas are growing too. When the growth of these internal muscles and organs occur in a fixed chest cavity, there is only one direction for this extra mass to go and that is out the abdominal area. Starting to get the picture?"

Since it grows your heart, I'd imagine it increases cardiac output so Vo2max becomes less important. I think the best candidate for a pro contract would be someone with good feel for the machine and someone with a good-to-excellent Vo2max. Everything else can be fixed in six-to-12 months time.

Check out the pictures of michael Rasmussen from the TT, he's fat!

I don't know if I'd consider that FAT. larger than he was in the Tour but he's coming off a broken leg and it's Feb.

I stood next to him in Stockton and I'll tell you he isn't fat.

He is a pro rider. Their version of fat is slightly different from ours... or at least mine... :o

No EPO testing in the EPO Tour!

What a pharmaceutical sporting fraud it truly is!
