Titanium Tubular rims

IIRC, these were gawdawful expensive, and had no particular advantage
over aluminum rims.

a good singlespeed cyclocross race wheelset...bling, bling.

At 20.6mm wide and 300g, just unremarkable among race rims.
I don't think they're any stiffer or any less stiff, than
any other medium weight tubular rim. Very expensive just to
be able to say 'mine's titanium'.

Unremarkable and expensive: likely reasons why they ended up being
given away, having been unsold/unused all these years.
