Tire / Wheel Question

27 1/4 should fit.....clearance should be OK. 700c wheels is a different story.

Brake reach

I have heard if your brake pads will move down 4 mm that they would work.

I have used 700c rims on older bikes that used to use 27 inch rims, no worries. The brake pads had to sit as far down in the slots as possible but they work.😄

yeah.....it depends on your brakes.

Yeah, I made one out of a reflector bracket once. Best to only be seen in Buttcrack AR with something like that tho.
