Tire/tube fit ques. 700c?

Fiddlesticks- SoCal doesn't have mountains- Oregon and Washington have mountains! :-)

Anyway, you should be OK mixing and matching your tubes & tires. Be careful using the larger tube
with the smaller tire- this combination makes it very easy to catch the tube between the tire and
rim, causing blowouts (ask me how I know).

If you're wanting to buy a stock of tubes, buy the smaller size. Tubes stretch.

The smaller tubes would be lighter, and maybe less prone to 'pinch' flats, but I've found that the
more they have to stretch the more they leak. When using 'oversize' tubes I find that I can go weeks
without having to air-up, even at 100+psi.
