Tire replacement?

Folded means they have a kevlar bead,instead of wire. 23 is the relative width.A 20 would be narrower,a 25 usually wider,but it ain't an absolute standard and there are variations between makes. They fit.

The "c" is for centimeters - 23 cm is the diameter of the tire, from sidewall to sidewall.

The "c" doesn't really mean anything anymore. It used to be used to determine tire width (a, b, c, d). Check out "French sizes" about halfway down the page

I guess I should either just shut my yap, or at least look a little closer at the measuring tape next time; the 23 reading was actually in millimeters!
