It has come to my attention that someone here does not like the pics I
provide links to AND they have the audacity to say they are not mine.

So here is the scoop -

The pics are mine taken by me of the foods I have cooked. I maintain
copyright over the pics. I do not include any photos of anything I have
not photographed myself. They have been taken in my kitchen & if you
look closely you will see consistent items in most of the backgrounds as
well as consistent dishware and the like. I am not a professional
photographer but I love food and love to share pics of food so sometimes
the pics will not be perfect.

I ask one thing - if you don't like how something looks don't insult me
by saying it looks aweful or inedible or any other insult you can come
up with. If you don't like the way it looks, pass it off - no on is
forcing you to look at the pic.

A special comment for shelly old boy - bite me. I know the pics are
mine and I know I took them. Too bad you didn't have enough talent to
    do the same.

Now, I'm back too cooking - hmmm something involving shelly weiners
    might be is store 🙂

Well, dammit, take pictures and be sure to SHARE. Ha! (Anyone who
complains can beat that with a sharp stick.)

While I share your sentiments, your expectations are sure to
disappoint. If you expose youself and your pictures on the internet,
you/they are fair game for any and all abuse. To believe otherwise
    is, at best, naive.

Absolutely... anyone who posts images (or links to images) on usenet
can pretty much kiss any copyright privileges goodbye... about the only
way to protect image copyright is to legally register prior to and/or
use specially embedded identification technology, and even that is not
foolproof. The best way to protect your intellectual property is to
    NOT distribute it.

    Warning from AOL:

    IMPORTANT REMINDERS WHEN USING PICTURES:

Remember that pictures posted within products (Member Directory, AOL®
Journals, etc.) or shared through e-mail (and saved to a You've Got
Pictures® picture album) through My Picture Finder can be downloaded
from those products and saved by other members. Other members may then
distribute your picture to others, or may order prints or other
merchandise containing your image through the You've Got Pictures®
    service.

While it may violate copyright, rights of publicity, or privacy rights
for others to share posted pictures or otherwise reproduce them, keep
in mind some members may do so regardless. "If you do not wish others
to be able to download, save, distribute, or order merchandise
containing your picture, please do not share or post your picture in
    this manner."

Okay, here's the deal. Now you suggest that he's not posting under his
real name. You'll have hit each other's sore spots, and the rest of us
can just sit on the curb and catch the action.

Who's got lawn chair detail this month? I've got the kettle corn, as
    usual.

    Kettle Corn

    Recipe By 😄amsel
    Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00
    Categories : snacks

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    vegetable oil
    popcorn
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    salt -- for sprinkling

    In a three-quart saucepan (or "kettle"😉 with a tight-fitting lid, pour
enough oil to cover to a depth of about one-half the size of a popcorn
kernel. Add two "test" kernels of popcorn, and turn heat to medium
high. When the test kernels pop, the oil is hot enough to continue.

Quickly pour in enough popcorn to cover the bottom of the saucepan in
an even layer. Sprinkle the sugar over the unpopped kernels, and place
the lid on the pan. As the corn pops, shake the pan occasionally to
assure that unpopped kernels reach the bottom of the pan. When the lid
starts to lift off the pan and the popping slows or stops, remove pan
    from heat.

Pour popped corn into a large bowl or several smaller ones. Dust
    lightly with salt.

    Yield:
    "12 cups"

No no Carol, he posted that I was not posting *my* own picks. Now I
wouldn't have see this accusation except that SKS replied keeping his
accusation in tact. The thing is these are my own pics and it takes
enough time & effort to post without someone mouthing off that I must be
stealing them from somewhere and they aren't my own so yes I am a little
offended. I will refrain from posting pics no problem. It will save me
a lot of time & effort. AFAIConcerned my pic posting days are over as
    of now!

I settle down to watch Harry Potter 🙂

What kind of ignorant bigoted [censored] thinks confering one with
femininity is somehow an insult... either one who abhors/disrespects
females (misogynist) and/or is grossly insecure in their own
    femininity.

patches obviously has unresolved issues with her momma in particular

Great... no one is interested in seeing extreme close ups that look
more like gore than grub.... I mean it's awful enough the recipes you
post are obviously lifted without citation (a Dumbdora wannabe), we
really don't need to see them so up close and personal. And it's no
effort whatsoever to post pictures via tinypic, so quit yer whining
about how much energy you expend... and everyone knows darn well the
only reason you post pictures, and so many, is to sate your over
inflatuated ego. I suppose if you actually knew how to use a camera
your barrage of pics would be endurable... I know the only reasons I
click on those links is because they're there, requires no effort,
loads in milliseconds, I'm curious, and I keep hoping you'll
occasionally post something with some redeeming visual value.... see, I
didn't give up on you. hehe
