First rider (lowest on GC) starts at 10.58 (CET) and every subsequent rider goes
every two minutes later.
Until the final 20 riders, when they depart every three minutes.
Last rider is due to start at 17.26 (CET) and that will be Pereiro.

Here's the chart where Lim probably got his absolutely correct and reliable information.

The difference in start time is enough for about 150 riders... I guess they're pretty good at estimating how many riders will still be around, or maybe they've update this page in the last few days.

I got my information from a journal published by the Societie du Tour de France which I bought when I was in Paris at Easter.
As well as the map and schedule you linked - this publication details stuff like
the width of the road at the finish line (6.5 metres!) and the name of the street (Esplande Andre Malraux !) where the finish line is.

So they haven't updated it then, because the times are exactly the same. I wonder though, if they lose more riders than they were expecting to, if they would adjust the time of the earliest rider so that the yellow jersey goes at the posted time.

I don't know if they can change the times - what with TV slots scheduled etc.

So the first rider went later than originally scheduled and the last rider went earlier. Interesting. I'm sure the major consideration is getting the winner/new leader done, photographed, and nterviewed in time for the evening news.
