If you want to race, then you must submit to having race officials show
up anytime at your cell or dorm room for the entire year before the
race.
You'll need to wear video cameras 24/7 so race officials know what you
are doing at all times.

If this is an arguement against current measures fighting steroid etc
use by athletes, what would you see as the cut off point?
Maybe we should just let them use whatever the hell they want and die
young.

Money is not required for problems to start, as witnessed by some of the
things that happen at amateur races.
If there were doping controls I imagine that there would be plenty
non-negatives.
