I think this could be either one of two things:
1, Faulty OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) on IBM's part.
2, Greedy lawyering, a percentage of a billion dollar law suit would be
enough to make many people give it a try.

This in no way illustrates:
1, The benifits or flaws in CM.
2, The benifits or flaws in AM.

It does, however, show up the flaws in Jan's thinking process, so in that
respect it is probably on topic.
