I wouldn't be surprised if the spokesman for the National Weather Service who assured everyone in
Toronto last September that Toronto will have NO Snow and warm temperatures...is now in a Safe House
under Police Protection. Last night (CityTV) weather guy says...Toronto really did NOT get all that
much snow, it just appeared bad because of the blinding blizzard like conditions, blinding snow,
wind gusts, sudden temperature drops, freezing rain.....wow

Ah..therein lies the "weirdness" of it all. Usually we are below zero and knee deep in snow which I
doubt happens much in Bellaire. Apples and oranges...
