The university dean, Terry Hogan, asked fans of the band to be more discreet about declaring their affiliation. ----

We often hear of intelligence led policing in the UK. Sadly intelligence often seems to be in short supply amongst many police officers.

We often hear of intelligence led policing in the UK. Sadly intelligence often seems to be in short supply amongst many police officers.

That is a view to which you are perfectly entitled. However, that tells us nothing about my intelligence, or lack of it, unless you are seeking to join the list of people who believe, falsely, that they can read my mind. Making personal attacks on my personal intelligence does your view no good at all.
