    Believe me ....... the weather has to be a serious consideration before venturing out on to those
    uncharted hills (oops .... Bumps) of the South Downs at the onset of winter. Currently it is a very
    chilly 14C tonight (mid November), and forecast to plunge to about 12C. Time to get out those winter
    woollies for those camping out on The Downs. (yes .... and maybe a Downs Jacket too!)
