I remember that from over 2 years ago... does anyone know whatever happened to that goof-
ball lawsuit? All I get on a google search is notes about "bonehead of the day":
groups.yahoo.com538Open ↗ Which had this great quote: "Frankly
we think autism is caused by law offices. Every child who gets autism has been, at some point,
within 50 miles of a law office."and OverLawyered: overlawyered.comapr1.htmlOpen ↗
And the particular bonehead lawyer is listed in an anti-vax list of "autism lawyers".

extreme that it could be called nihilism.Milloy's news digest has occasional interesting links, but I rarely count Milloy's commentary for
anything.I wouldn't put any stock in Milloy's 'list' of 'junk scientists.'

No.
You just wish to argue.
Jan
I have just replied to Jan in another thread where she took me to task for forgetting to give a
correct citation. I admitted that I had made a mistake and fixed it. Notice how Jan feels entitled
to ask me for references (to a Bob Dylan song which should be welded into the minds of anyone who
lived through the 1960s) but won't say who originally said something that she quoted.Gimme an "H", gimme a "Y", gimme a "P", ...

I have just replied to Jan in another thread where she took me to task for forgetting to give a
correct citationNo, I didn't take you to task, I just wanted to show you how soon your words come back to you.
I see that reason you asked it was to argue, which is childish.
But it is not childish to ask Peter for citation to "show him how soon his words come back to
him" ?!?!?!?!Sounds like Jan just wanted to argue which is childish by her OWN WORDS. Another example of her
hypocrisy. And now her refusal to give a citation for her own quote shows how she has a problem with control.
Jan wants others to answer her questions but feels quite OK with not answering any question she
chooses not to answer.Aloha,
Rich
