How can you dumbasses possibly say the "war on rape" is successful if
every 2 minutes, another woman is being raped.

Hundreds of thousands of men are in jail for rape, and yet raping of
    women continues unabated.

    Therefore, raping should be legal.

And since "sports are a reflection of society," we should allow women to
be raped in sports as well. Only an idiot would think you can eradicate
rape in sports when it occurs in society as well.

Prohibition proved you can't legislate morality. It's stupid and a waste
of time to regulate behavior you can't change.

Ahh sort of a "Running Man" but with rape. You could probably sell it
to the WB or Fox and get good ratings too. We all know that "No" means
    yes, right?

Is there a logical (magilla and logic!) progression here. Can we expect
similar postings for 20k gun associated homicides and 40k traffic
    fatalities?

    Dumbass -

You're straw-manning it because you're leaving out option #2: Massive
Criminalization - death penalty for minor infractions.

    AssDummy,

Get it straight. He's tooling you with a false-choice, not a straw man.

    Errr . . . not quite.

The war on rape ain't working just like the war on drugs isn't.

Where violent rape, and rape of children is concerned, why is this a
bad idea? Unfortunately given our system, even then they'd suffer much
    less than the victims.

Literal decimation is such a poor, measured response to our problems,
you have to think the Roman legions were a bunch of bleeding heart
liberals. Anything that doesn't solve the population problem at the
same time it takes care of drug abusers, doper bicyclists and rapists,
not to mention burglars and drug abusing child raping bicycle racers,
simply is no reponse at all.

Due process is the last resort of the faint hearted and any loss of
freedom is pretty much like losing an atrophied arm. Probably better
off for it. I say, let's pick door # 2 and go for it. If it wipes out
the Cat 3 races for a couple of years, well, the women race with small
fields and no prize money, so can they.

  9. That was pretty good. Note how few people here detected the sarcasm?
