  1. Has anyone ever thought of trying this? It would be just like the
Subway diet, except with low-carb wraps instead of bread. Could it
    work?

  2. Just about anything can work if you do it right.

Why not? As long as you lighten up the calorie counts on some of them, by
    cutting the dressing, for example.

IMHO, your best LC deal at Subway is a salad with double meat,
although it will include all the veggies that atkins induction people
can eat (but they can't eat the wraps anyway). I find a double meat
salad much more filling than a wrap, but the wraps are good too.

In terms of the Subway diet, I don't know. My understanding is that
other than breakfast, Jared basically just ate Subway for lunch and
dinner, and that was it. You'd probably at least need some meat and
    cheese snacks between your wraps.

It worked for Jarrod. It must really suck to eat at Subway every day though.

And not to mention the expense. lets say $5 a pop, that $10 day,
$300.00 a month! Yikes. On a good day I spend like $35.00 and thats
for a weeks worth of groceries and I spend about $100ish a month at
Costco. It comes to less than $300 a month and look at what I bring
home instead of 60 sub sandwiches!
I make the chicken, bacon cheddar cheese LC wrap at home way cheaper
than you can buy it for.

Yes, but you'd probably lose a lot of muscle as well as fat.
The "Jarod Subway Diet" is woefully deficient in protein:

    Breakfast: Coffee 0 grams protein

Lunch: 6" Turkey sub 20 grams protein
    Baked Lays 4 grams protein

Dinner: 12" Veggie Sub 18 grams protein

    TOTAL: 42 grams protein

Maybe that's why he looks so doughy.
