    David Discovers the Notmilk Cure

Letters such as the one I received from David
on Sunday, April 24, 2005, really make my day!

    David Hass <bestdesignbuilders@...> wrote:

"I am a 54 year old male who up until I was 45 ate all
things dairy. I also suffered extreme debilitating sinus
problems that required three nose surgeries to breathe
better. Other symptoms included nauseating headaches. I
was faced with a fourth surgery when I decided to change
my diet and get off dairy to see if this might help instead.

Guess what! Within 30 days my sinus problems went away. That
is for the first time I can remember I had clear breathing
through my nose. My headaches disappeared altogether. Also
as an unexpected bonus my acne cleared up. After 45 years of
suffering I finally got relief from three debilitating symptoms
    all at once.

I tell everyone I meet who is also suffering from these symptoms
about my experience in the hope that they too might get the same
relief I got. "Got sinus problems? It's the Cheese." "Milk does
    not do a body Good".

Both my parents loved dairy foods as much as I did. My mother
who had milk with every meal which usually included cottage
cheese followed by ice cream for desert died of a stroke at
the age of 79. My father died of a heart attack at the age of
    65.

I tell my three kids about my experience with dairy. My oldest
    (24) has gone off dairy and eliminated her sinus headaches. My
second oldest (17) has gone off dairy and has seen a vast
improvement in his acne problems. My third child (14) hasn't
had any noticeable problems with dairy as yet but time will tell.

I am more sensitive to the smallest amount of dairy now that I
have eliminated dairy from my diet. Once weaned you can never go
back. But perhaps the pain is a warning signal from the body that
dairy is toxic to me now. If only I got the connection years and
years and years ago. So much suffering so much pain. Better late
    than never though.

Pass this testimony on to those with the same symptoms I had,
maybe they to can get relief too. Sincerely, David Hass (cured)"

Thanks, David. Doctors rarely are taught such truths in medical
school. Thanks to the work we do at the Dairy Education Board,
many more physicians are discovering the cure to a vast array of
long and short term medical problems. In one word, it's Notmilk!

You have to think of it logically. The time space continium connects space
or growth and age which is time related.
So drinking milk in an area close to a black hole invalidates Heathers

Yeah right. Milk is designed for infants - get it?

Adults don't "GROW" any longer, so regular consumption of
dairy translates into AGING faster. Look around your friends.

Never really considered the effect of cow's milk drinking on
getting age-related degenerative diseases. But the theory seems valid.

And if one adds lots of sugar consumption into the mix, the effect
    is probably double or triple.

Human milk, despite numerous advantages, has also antioxidative properties.
Oxidative stress is implicated in bronchopulmonary dysplasia, retinopathy of
prematurity and necrotizing enterocolitis. Therefore, the influence of human
milk on oxidative stress intensity in breast-fed neonates and infants is a
significant issue. The concentration of antioxidants in milk depends on
mother's diet, vitamins supplementation during pregnancy and lactation and
geographical area of domicile. Breast-fed children have higher antioxidative
capacity in blood and lower oxidative stress intensity as compared to
formula-fed children. Storage increases the antioxidative activity of human
milk. Maternal smoking augments oxidative damage in children and lowers the
    antioxidative capacity of milk.

Many humans can not digest the heavy, thick casein protein

I've known *ONE* person, in my lifetime, that has had problems with
milk. And he is lactose intolerant. Yet, I've known *dozens* who have
suffered from obesity, diabetes, crohn's, IBD, etc. from a diet high in
    grains.

This anti-milk nonsense is figment of PETA's imagination. They fund
the anti-milk website. It can't be any clearer than that.

PETA has never been interested in the science of food, or the welfare
and health of people. Their singular focus is to save the animals from
humans, regardless of the health ramifications on humans. They would
rather see a child, (their own children for that matter, many are
forced to be vegan by their PETA-minded parents), be nutritionally
deficient than see a chicken be killed for food.

Science is not about opinions, it's about knowledge. Not that scientists are
not opinionated, but when they put their opinions out as facts they get
challenged to prove them with research. Even though this is not a science
newsgroup, notions like "cows' milk causes ear infections" or "heavy, thick
casein protein contained within cow's milk" are not matters of opinion but
of fact. It's concrete. Either milk causes ear infection or it doesn't.
Casein is heavy and thick or it's not. These things can be (are) known, and
are decided by objective study, not by debate in newsgroups. So making
assertions of such facts here without the ability to back them up is just
    pissing in the wind.
