Perhaps I have found the new thing in dieting for New Years 2005. Maybe the
average person, who would have started a diet, got so sick of hearing about
low carb last year, that they don't want to hear anything about any kind of
diet this year. Thus, the new thing in dieting for the post New Years
period for 2005 could be a rejection of dieting. They all just said: f***
it!

I have been low carbing for a year and a half and have never considered it
dieting although I have lost weight. Diets don't work, lifestyle changes
