  1. So the winners of the last Grand Tours, Spain, Italy, France, are now
    all suspended
    for doping or possibly doping. The last rider to win a grand tour and
    not be suspended
    is Lance Armstrong.

    "Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence".
    "Just cause we haven't found WMD's doesn't mean they're not there."

    You should go look at little further, I think.
    There is a book called "Tour de France, Tour de Souffrance" ("Tour de
    France, Tour of suffering"😉 by Albert Londres saying top riders are doped.
    The book has been written in ... 1924

    I am inclined to think that most riders dope with the undetectibles,
    they just avoid reaching the anti-doping test limits. Read "Breaking
    the Chain".

    The young riders don't dope or rarely dope, and some of the older ones
    choose not to.
