The American Syndrome: Wait until your body starts to fall apart, then
listen to a snake oil salesman when the doctors tell you they can't do
anything for you. Learn about the actual mechanisms involved,
biochemical and physiological. I'm working on a book on this subject,
and when it is finished I will post a free chapter here. I am also
going to sell it at cost. I don't want to deal with profit issues, nor
do I want anyone to think that I am doing it for profit. If a big
publisher wants to give me a big advance for an expanded version, then
I'll consider actually making money on it. Also, I will not recommend
brands that I have any vested interest in. Mostly, whoever sells a
particular but generic item, such as calcium citrate, at the lowest
price available will get the nod.

Addictive consumptionism prohibits careful planning.
