LOL. WADA and LNDD are going to have lots of fun slicing and dicing this

At this point they should stop playing with knives and start talking to

ROTFL. The report is filled with assumptions, presumptions, unsupported
conclusions/conjecture and replete with disclaimers as to the investigator's
lack of cooperation/access to WADA, LNDD and L'Equipe. The qualifications
of the team's only "scientist" relates primarily to adherence to testing
protocols in an adversarial setting and offers no support for the
scientist's expertise relative to the underlying science of EPO testing and
research. Rather than appearing to be a true "independent" investigation,
this report has the appearance of being a whitewash done by a very Dutch
    friend of Mr. Verbruggen.

    D'accord.

  8. There may be a very real question about collateral estoppel being
applicable, thereby preventing those whom Armstrong may sue from
contesting the conclusions of their own expert's report.

What constitutes being "very Dutch"? Does he wear klompen and smell of

of the National Anti-Doping Agency in The Netherlands.

According to Simon Schama, Holland was famous for its cleaniness. Everything
was washed white and even the streets were clean. True, it was during the
17th century, but it's significant all the same.

Well, actually, no. Most people that attempt the destruction of a
person rely on everything but the unimpeachably correct.

If the intent is to carry out specified procedures using due process
and protocols, WADA was dead in the water in this accusatory area to
begin with, what with making up any right to be involved as they go
along, and no one else involved had any such intent.

Anyone looking for the truth in the matter would have needed the
necessary legal position, authority and credentials at the beginning
and used them immediately to pin the evidence to the wall. Too late
and no one yet really has volunteered anyway.

So I'm afraid we're left with character assassination, unprovable if
logical accusations, innuendo and all the related animals. And really,
that's why we're here in rbr. Got a good rumor to spread, we're your
people. We won't kill a good one, even as we disagree with it.

You're perfectly free to invent any meaning whatsoever to the report.
The rest of us have no problems understanding that:

    1) The testing laboratory shouldn't EVER have had the samples. The UCI
had to have transfered these samples to LNDD.
    2) They used a NON-STANDARD procedure. Since they weren't willing to
explain what that procedure was we cannot judge whether or not there
    was any validity to it.
    3) WADA demanded that the Lab include the identities of the riders on
the report. This could only indicate that from the start they wished to
identify any positive results regardless of the inability to trace the
    chain of custody.
    4) The chain of custody was broken from the start making any results
    worthless.

I must say, Allez, that you are growing more comical with your claims
as additional real information becomes available.

This was obviously a high tech lynching, whether or not anyone believes
that LA actually took part in doping. I personally believe it is very
likely he did and that just about all the other Grand Tour riders do it
    too.

I look at it as an attempt to put an asterisk next to LA's name in the
    record books.

Does the He Did camp's arguments have any merit? Yes.
Does the He Didn't camp's arruments have any merit? Yes.
Does [censored] Pound's and L'Equipe's abortion of an expose/investigation
    have any merit? No.

    Yep.

David Walsh figures Postal had a team doctor write a post-dated
prescription for the saddle sore cream when Lance tested positive for
    Corticoids back in '99.

  17. You mean WADA and LNDD will be sliced and diced.

My guess is that [censored] Pound will be forced to resign due to his enormous
incompetence in this issue. I think he was so obessed with getting Armstong
that he may well have hung himself. As badly as this has been handled by
WADA I am starting to think Rummy and [censored] Pound are one and the same.
