first 16.97 miles in 39 x 13 at 16.5. stopped, drank one beer turned four in about two hours. ending total all the while in 39 x 13, 37.26 miles, 15.7 average with a total rolling time of 2:22:36.
that really sucked and drained me. but i did feel 'it'.

distance 2.22 miles, time 10:19 minutes and at the amazing speed of 12.9 average. to the convenience store and back, in open toe'd flip flops.
look out tour, here i come!

i meant as in houston to austin (187 miles) and back road racing, the real men stuff. haven't you heard, i don't twit ter. 😄
