Thanksgiving!

  1. Got through the Thanksgiving meal just fine! Had the turkey and a large
    salad. 9 of us in all,,,,and after everyone left,,,,,I gave the dinner rolls
    away, and the remaining apple & pumpkin pie.

    following morning I didn't have a twinge throwing out the leftover gravy

    happy. This mornig it is back on track 5.7 a very good fasting BG reading.

  3. I did a ham instead of turkey because I didn't want to have to deal with
    the stuffing issue, which to me is the best part of the meal. :-)
    I glazed the ham with a mixture of LC jam, dijon mustard and ground ginger.
    It turned out beautifully!
