I have no idea, but I bet it depends on road conditions as they have different tires for different days.

Yeah, I guess after all the flats Phonak had, I was thinking they were using this new tech. Looks to be a reliable technology, but I still can't figure out which problems tubeless road tires solve. I'm sure I will one-day be using them, however...
You're joking, right? Continental offers sponsorship, and some teams to whom it is offered accept it. Others prefer to be sponsored by Vittoria, Hutchinson, Michelin, etc. As the teams consider the (free to them) tires to be disposable, they don't care if they last 500 miles or not - they only have to get through 200 miles before they throw them away and put on new (free) ones.
Conti's are good tires, but let's take choice of equipment for what it pretty much is.
