I don't think so. Looks like they're broadcasting from 10 or 10:30 onwards. Most stages start between 8:00 & 9:00pm. our time. The time trial on day 7 starts at 6:00 pm. our time, but I don't think even in Europe you get all of that one.
Having said that, looks like we get the entire stage 20 (starts at 9:50 our time)
I really shouldn't complain, at least we're getting live coverage, and this year no cricket...
