penalties for rules infractions

eg: getting a push from a team car, hanging on too long, slipstreaming cars or motos for too long, impeding other riders etc...they hand out penalties in points, time and euros.

How many negative points do you get for a +ve drug test ?? 🙂

I wonder if a French rider tested positive, free to air French TV would cancel the rest of the Tour de France broadcast. Good on the Germans 🙂

I actually want to see some sort of scale as to the amount over normal levels these guys are and what is considered "normal" ?

i.e does it range from

0 person has increased hair follicle count
10 person has grown a 3rd testicle

i can understand the frustration of German TV (as we all are) by acts like that, however canceling the broadcast punishes the guilty with the innocent. I can't imagine them canceling the Bundesliga no matter how many players tested positive though.

ok couple of problems here......

1. Its Bundesliga so no one really cares anyway except for Germans 🙂

2. Are you insinuating Soccer players are cheats!??? Wash your mouth out
