But look (or, for those of us without TVs, /read/) how he's doing.
Proverbial train. Ullrich, OTOH, is not doing what I'd hoped he'd be
doing, I'm afraid - I've got a small amount of money riding on him. -

And as soon as that happened I thought to myself "Well all that's going to
do is spur him on."Seems I might have been right ;-)

.... Exactly the gap. Hmmm, is he hamming it up for the camer^Wgood of the
sport? [I don't believe so, but why spoil a good conspiracy theory?]Sadly we now have 8 stages to wait before the GC contenders come to the
front and start to do their work.Mike

his team is not going to recover psychologically from today. They no
longer have any clear captain, and internal competition is likely to
prevent them forming any sort of cohesive unit in the coming weeks.Much as I dislike the arrogant, aggressive [censored], Lance was awsome.

goodbye to £100 until the mountain stages. This year, I have yet to back a winner in cycling - fortune with horses
is currently subsidising losses on both cricket and cycling.Quoted message said:

Couldn't agree more.

when he's putting all his power in to get the bike up to speed quickly,
and his cleat came out of the pedal. Not particularly surprising, and
it didn't take him long to correct.--

It's hard to see how you could win 6 consecutive Tours without either of
those 2 qualities.--
