Looks like a Tange BB with a hollow axle to me. So you got one with a
solid axle, I'm sure they make both, don't be an asshole. If you got
one with a solid axle, use a park tool and a bolt from the hardware
store.

And who cares anyway? I have a Tange BB and the only way one could mess
up the the splines is if one was an 800 lb gorilla and clueless at the
same time. Oh, wait, that's probably redundant.

I find $2 for a bolt and a washer from the HW store to be more than
sufficient for this sort of situation. It's really not rocket science.
