I think that the panel will go 2-1
I agree on the 2-1. Campbell rulles for Landis. I haven't yet decided
whether one of the others will join him.

In favor of Floyd. They did not prove that he doped and he showed that the
test results were shaky at best. Landis loses in the court of public
opinion. He makes poor decisions and has a buffoon of a manager, oops, had.
2-1 guilty, then bumped to Switzerland for the appeal, where, if the
defense has any common sense, they'll tweak the presentation to
eliminate the shoot-thyself-in-the-foot debacles. Then it's a new
game, the Tour is over, there's a new champion, and Floyd can be
exonerated, pardoned or banned for the remainder and everyone goes
home a winner.

My guess is Landis wins 2-1
McLaren is USADA's guy so he votes Guilty
Campbell is Landis' pick, former athlete, known pro-athlete
arbitrator, votes Not Guilty
Brunet, the neutral arbitrator, seemed most interested in the
defense's arguments on bad lab work, asking questions. I think he
leans Not Guilty.

So clean and uncorrupted Switzerland will be introduced to the soap opera.
