    Looks like Sydney Pipe news server is dead no new articles now since early
    hr's on the 23rd

    I have moved to the Melb pipe server for now.

    Hmm interesting articles are still propergating out of Sydney just no new
    ones are coming in from external feeds.

    Time to email support I think.

    Well they still have not fixed the Sydney pipe server as it seems to miss a
    heap of posts compared to the Melbourne pipe one.

    I guess I will have to move to Melbourne now.

    sydney works still, but incredibly slow most times.
    at one stage I could also get brisbane, but now no longer.
    never obtained anything from melbourne.

    I am on G-node and they are connected with both NSW and VIC pipe so I can
    use both servers, and I also have a account on newshosting.

    I find the Melb server seems to be getting nearly all the posts that I see
    on newshosting ( apart from some spam ).

    The Sydney server is shocking at the moment with large chunks of posts
    missing it makes it hard to keep up with the conversation, and not to
    mention it can make you look like a idoit when you respond to a thread and
    then find the next day someone had replied with the same thing before you
    but as the server was so damn slow you did not see it there at the time.
