Mine went hard and I started getting sore feet again. Updated to a new
pair and things are good again.

Mine went hard and I started getting sore feet again. Updated to a new
pair and things are good again.

Give us a clue - how long did they last?

(If 'went hard' means the plasticizer quit, then that probably has
little relationship to how much they were used .. also suggests a simple
test, like whether you can fold them in half without them breaking, and
how far they spring back ..)

Walked around 1200 - 1500 km in them, all pack-carries, not day walks.

When new they the material has some give in it, when I threw mine
out, there was no more give in the material, i.e., it had gone hard.
