Has anyone had experience using a SR rear derailleur with a 7 speed freewheel? I have a Winner Pro
13-23 freewheel that I'd like to use with a SR. Can this be done? Thanks.

I used all SR stuff and a 7s freewheel when I raced, for about 5 years, no problem. I use a C-Record
now, essentially the same and have with a 7s freewheel for about 14 years now.daanimal<< I have a Winner Pro 13-23 freewheel that I'd like to use with a SR. Can this be done?

Yes, you can use a seven-speed freewheel with Super Record. However, you may find that it's easier
to shift (and keep quiet) with the wider spacing of a six-speed cluster. I've used the seven but
prefer the six.Todd H.
