  1. I said sugar is not low carb.

If you eat sugar, you're not following a low carb diet.

If you're on a low carb diet, you don't eat sugar.

I'm sure that you're much too dense to understand any of this.

And oh BTW, when posting to Usenet it is proper to quote what you are
    replying to, gmail idiot.

Who said sugar was not low carb? Your post has nothing to do with my
    question. Thanks anyway.

ya. Have a nice day sir/ma'am.

  7. Jake--I dont know the answer to your question, but I did eat a fair
amount of cream cheese during induction...and still do. The weight comes
off, so maybe it has to do with the amount of sugar in the "ok for
    induction" list being pretty small.

Before beginning to LC, I consumed about a cup of sugar a day---mostly
from the "sweet tea" we Southernwer's drink by the gallon. Compared to
that, the few grams of sugar in creamcheese aint didley!

I dont use any of the Atkins products, so I cant say anything about
them. But I suspect their primary purpose is to make money---

Id say, if it's on the induction list, dont worry about it. Induction
WORKS---and that's all that really counts.

....and yet, cream cheese is OK EVEN during induction and does have
    sugar in it.

Why dont you go write your own LC book, der Konehead? You could title
it, "Atkins Was Wrong and I Am Right and the Rest of You are Morons".
It wont sell, but it would give you something to do more constructive
than flaming newcomers asking perfectly sensible questions.

  16. Jake--dont worry about der Konehead. Every ng has it's A-hole, and he
is the resident Chief A-hole in here.

Read any of his posts and you'll see that it's nothing personal---he is
equally obnoxious and rude to everyone, even his own sock-puppets.

It's a sickness and he cant help it.
---Although a milion volts of electricity to his brain might be worth a
    try.
