Any ideas on how to remove a cleat with skrews that have been stripped?
(FYI look keo pedals and cleats)

With a screw extractor. It looks like a tap except the end is a square taper with a left handed twist. Drill about 1/8" into the screw, crank in the extractor and it will come right out.
